Who we are

This site is run by GrowFlo AI (Ranveer Singh Pannu). Questions or complaints about this policy go to ron@growfloai.com.

What we collect

  • Your answers on our form: your trade, city and state, travel radius, ad spend, capacity and what's not working. We save these as you move through the form so we can see where people stop, even if you don't finish.
  • Your contact details: your name, business name, email, mobile number, any notes, and whether you agreed to texts. These only reach us when you press “Save & pick a time”.
  • Booking details: the time you choose and what you enter in the booking calendar.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider logs standard request data such as IP address and browser type.
  • Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, your device type and your rough location. See our Cookie Policy.

Business contact details we find ourselves

We look up business names, phone numbers and emails from public sources such as business listings and company websites, and we may contact business owners about our service. If you'd like that to stop, reply STOP to a text or email us, and we'll add you to our do-not-contact list.

If you asked a contractor for an estimate

We run ads and follow-up for home service companies. If you asked for an estimate through one of those ads, we handle your details for that company: to contact you about your request, check the job is a fit, book the estimate and pass your details to them. That company's own privacy policy also applies. Reply STOP to any text, or email us, to stop hearing from us.

How we use it

  • To review your application and check whether your market is open.
  • To contact you by phone and email about your request, and to book and remind you of calls.
  • To see where the form loses people and improve the site.
  • To keep records, meet legal obligations and handle disputes.

Text messages

If you give us your number on our form, we only text it about your application and booking if you tick the box. That box is optional and you can apply without it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We don't sell your mobile number or texting consent, or share them with third parties for their own marketing. The service providers below only handle them to deliver our service.

Who handles your data

  • Google stores form submissions (Sheets and Apps Script), runs Google Analytics if you accept it, and serves our client video through YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
  • HighLevel runs our CRM, booking calendar and messaging. The calendar only loads after you finish the form.
  • Vercel hosts this site.
  • People who work with us, including contractors, who need the information to do their job.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of selling the business.

Where your data goes

Our providers store data in the United States and other countries, and people who work with us may access it from other countries.

Cookies and browser signals

This site sets no tracking cookies unless you accept analytics. Our Cookie Policy lists everything stored in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics. We don't otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals, because this site does no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep application and client records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Security

We limit who can access your information and use providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that yours never will be exposed. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Email ron@growfloai.com to see, correct, delete or get a copy of the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the EEA, the UK and India, you may have further rights, such as appealing our decision or complaining to your local regulator. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on steps you asked us to take, or on our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
