This website

This site takes no payments. Applying and booking a call are free.

Our fee

Our fee is set in your signed agreement and pays for work in that period. Fees already paid for work that has started aren't refundable, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Ad spend

You pay the ad platform directly, on your own card. That money never passes through us, so we can't refund it. Questions about those charges go to the platform.

Ending the work

Most clients are month to month, and some work in 3-month cycles. Your agreement says which applies to you and how either side can end the work. Ending it stops future fees. It doesn't refund fees for work already done.

Billing mistakes

If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, tell us and we'll refund the difference.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits any right the law doesn't allow us to limit.
